I would highly recommend Linda for any real estate transaction that you may encounter. I was an out of state buyer who happened to be visiting the area. On very short notice , Linda met with me, addressed my concerns and was very prepared to show me several properties that I was interested in. She did her homework prior to meeting with me in person and actually I ended up buying a lot she located for me. I purchased my first house in Seven Lakes with Prudential Gouger O'Neal and Saunders in 1998, so in late 2005 when my husband and I decided we were ready to purchase a larger home and wanted to move into Pinehurst, there was no doubt we wanted the same quality of service that was given to me in 1998.
