I would highly recommend Linda for any real estate transaction that you may encounter. I was an out of state buyer who happened to be visiting the area. On very short notice , Linda met with me, addressed my concerns and was very prepared to show me several properties that I was interested in. I purchased my first house in Seven Lakes with Prudential Gouger O'Neal and Saunders in 1998, so in late 2005 when my husband and I decided we were ready to purchase a larger home and wanted to move into Pinehurst, there was no doubt we wanted the same quality of service that was given to me in 1998. We drove in from Nebraska during peak golf season and were unable to find the hotel room from which we thought we would launch our search for temporary housing. The only thing that went right that day was finding Linda's phone number. I called Linda explained our situation, provided a few details about what we were looking for and within a few hours she had not only arranged for accommodations for the night but also lined up several potential temporary homes. Thanks to Linda, we moved into our temporary home within a couple of days.
